Our community-driven mission focuses on offering education and support for living in physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual harmony.

Board of Directors
Shannon Chada, HSMP
Mino Nagamowin Ikwe (Good Singing Woman),
embodies a holistic approach to life, interweaving culture, community, and nature in her path. As a spiritual mentor and holistic teacher, she offers compassionate guidance to individuals seeking spiritual growth and healing. Shannon's mission is to guide individuals inward, helping them to uncover their own positivity, passion, and purpose. With a focus on empowerment, spiritual growth, and self-care healing, she equips others with the tools needed to navigate life's challenges and to tap into the transformative power of the heart.

Through Full Circle Harmony Ministry, Academy of Holistic and Spiritual Arts, Shannon draws on more than 27 years as an Ordained Holistic Minister Practitioner to offer spiritual education, Reiki training, aromatherapy, cranial sacral therapy, yoga classes & YTT, wedding officiant services, and teachings on Indigenous peacemaking and cultural reclamation.
Rooted in her upbringing within the Stockbridge-Munsee Mohican community, Shannon’s work as an artist, Native dancer, and singer-songwriter blends artistic creativity with cultural traditions, using music, teachings, and practices as pathways for healing and celebration. Inspired by Native prophecies, she bridges connections between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities, promoting peacemaking, cultural reclamation, and environmental stewardship.

Shannon Chada’s life’s work is a heartfelt devotion to Living in Harmony—with the earth, all living beings, and the spirit of creation—nurturing a legacy of love, unity, community, and balance that ripples outward, inspiring others to connect with their inner light, walk their paths with authenticity, and nurture a spirit of compassion, unity, and respect. Her presence in the community serves as a transformative force, fostering deeper connections and awakening a collective commitment to harmony, peace, and the flourishing of future generations.​

REIKI: Shannon is a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher since 1997 and 8th decedent in lineage from Dr. Mikao Usui. Shannon offers Usui Reiki levels I, II, Reiki Master, and Reiki Master Teacher certified classes throughout the Chicago-land and Rockford area. Along with Reiki Master Apprenticeship and Reiki Master Teacher Apprenticeship programs and Certifications. Available CEU’s Continuing Education through NCBTMB. Please check our workshop schedule for Reiki Classes and Reiki SHARE Circles at SoderWorld!​ YOGA: In addition, Shannon is a Certified Yoga Instructor and has received acknowledgement certifications for 500+ hours of YTT. She is dedicated to working with all students. Shannon’s classes are uniquely taught to meet the individual needs of all who attend. No prior yoga experience is necessary for any of her classes. Shannon is a participating Yoga Facilitator & Instructor for Sattvic Sage Ayurveda's Traditional Yoga Instructor Certification courses offering 200-hr & 300 hr Programs. Shannon graduated from the Lakulish Institue of Yoga, Kripalu, Gujarat, India 2006 by Guru Acharya Yogendradev through Universal Spirit Yoga. AROMATHERAPY: Shannon has 20+ years experience with Essential Oils and the therapeutic benefits they offer to support us as part of the sacred plant kingdom. Shannon teaches Aromatherapy Basics, Raindrop Technique, along with many other classes and workshops throughout the year.​ SPIRITUAL MENTOR: Shannon is a legally ordained non-denominational Spiritual and Holistic Minister Practitioner, also certified to perform religious services. Shannon integrates her Native American roots and shares traditional spiritual healings as passed down to her from generations of family healers. Karen Zuley LaFrano
Karen Zuley LaFrano is a seasoned practitioner and educator with over 23 years of experience. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Spiritual Practitioner, Ordained Minister, Yoga Teacher, and board member of Full Circle Harmony, she offers a comprehensive approach to healing and spiritual growth.
Karen's expertise spans various modalities, including Sports Massage, Structural bodywork, and Nervous System Regulation. She also provides Self Care Coaching and Cannabis Wellness Education, empowering individuals to cultivate balance and resilience in their lives.
With her diverse skill set and compassionate guidance, Karen continues to positively impact the well-being of her clients and community
Ryan Chada
Since 2019, Ryan Chada has wholeheartedly embraced the teachings and practices of Buddhism. He has immersed himself in the wisdom of both the Theravada and Mahayana traditions, guided by esteemed teachers. With a deep sense of purpose, he leads Silent Meditation and Secular Buddhism Meditation workshops and retreats, sharing his passion for mindfulness and spiritual growth with others.

Ryan serves on the Board of Directors for Full Circle Harmony Ministry, further extending his commitment to community and spiritual development. In his professional life, he is the Midwest Territory Manager at Yin Yang Naturals, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Yin Yang Naturals, Brew Dr. Kombucha, and Whole Foods Market. His robust skill set, which includes leadership, team building, social media, public speaking, and organic gardening, allows him to contribute valuable insights to the industry.

Ryan's love for music finds expression as the guitarist for the conscious music collaboration of Cosmik Giggle and Great Mystery. Beyond his spiritual and professional pursuits, he is a devoted husband and father, finding joy in nurturing his family. His enthusiasm extends to the earth, where he tends to his organic garden with the same care and dedication he brings to everything in his life. Cooking is another of his passions, allowing him to create and share nourishing meals with loved ones.
